Navigation using offline google maps and usb gps.?
Hello Friends!
THere are usb gps available in the market.
I am curious, if it’s possible to create a navigation system putting together the following:
the usb gps on a pc, store google maps offline in the pc and use some kind of a software to use the gps and offline maps to do navigation. ability to update those maps offline would also be great. If this is viable, most of us need not pay high costs to update maps.

google maps is not “downloadable” that’s your biggest problem.
