Im sorry but the 3d maping sucks I have yet to see it ever work, as far as your routes this product takes you the long way around every where The only nice feature is it re routes itself if you pass your lane i dont know Its a very good buy for the price but The 3d has yet to work right, the directions are deff not very gas effiecent But I recommend buying it for the nice price
