I need a external or internal GPS system that stores coordinates in real-time on a connected PC or PocketPC?

This system will be polled periodically via a cellular modem for the GPS coordinates. Essentially, everyone I ask has mapping software, but no way of getting raw coordinates.

You can try DeLorme with the GPS or Microsoft Streets and Trips with GPS. I’ve tried them both and both have coordinates in real time
