    @tokinotabumblb You’ll have to wait for Motorola to make a blur app thats available for 1.6. By the time that rolls around the G1 and MT3G will be at 2.1…also the nexus now has multi touch web ;) so what does apple have to offer thats any good? GO GOOGLE

    think about getting lost on a road where you get no connection. Then is useless. And by the way your mother couldnt choose neither

    Yeah, unfortunately the Cliq cannot upgrade to the Google Navigation because it is running on the Android 1.5. The Nav are only for Android phones w/ 1.6 or above. That’s the reason why I chose the MyTouch over the Cliq today. But you never know the Cliq may get an update.

    It’s free. Beggars can’t be choosers.

    Unfortunately, Apple likes to force their customers to pay for their services. It would be a miracle if they let the Google Maps if they didn’t do it already. I should say they should trade: Google gives them the maps if Apple gives Google multi-touch for the web. Hmm…I don’t know :)

    Hm, well im using a sprint hero and nexus one. i have Sprint Nav (which is just telnav with sprint logos) and i got to admit Google Nav does alot more then telnav. ill rather use it over telnav. It works great on the nexus one.. Everything he said in this video is true compared to other GPS, even the GPS in a BMW or bens cant beat google nav. I like the fact that is not just based on a cloud it really search the internet for facts not what you type in have to be on point.

    uuhhhhh…. i would hope a gerbil couldnt understand anything i say.

    god damn you are really fucking stupid

    I’m not exactly sure how you can consider an inferior Google Maps better than the TomTom app. Less features than TomTom, streetview doesn’t work anyway and in general it look like the crappy free GPS apps you can get.

    Oooooh! You have a car kit. That’s so exciting! I’m sure the G1 and Droid don’t have car kits. LMAO! Dude, get real. Google Maps is every bit as good as TomTom and considering it’s only in it’s beta stage, that’s a pretty high achievement. I’ve used my Google Maps and it’s taken me from Point A to Point B just like your….GASP! TomTom app. Except mine is FREE! And unlike you, I didn’t have to pay a ridiculous amount.

    What you just posted would make no sense to a gerbil…Go back to school.

    it uses internet for traffic information and map updates. they advertise it as if you HAVE to have internet connection in order for GPS on a phone to work properly so they can charge you for services.

    ya i really sound ignorant when your the dumb fuck who is spending money you dont have on stupid shit you dont need. loser

  17. Comment by nellerboy2000

    You entirely missed the fact I have the TomTom app as well as the car kit. I’ll let you in on a little secret. It’s better than Google Maps. And no, you can keep Google Maps.

    @1inTrillion whine….whine…whine.

    @M1710 I was thinking the same thing too! It irks me that Google helps Apple but Google is probably doing it because they know that Apple has a huge user base so they want lots of people using a Google product just so they make some profit.

  20. Comment by chancy319

    @essoswagga Yeah, me too. I have a G1 and experience pretty much the same thing you did too. I just watched this video and noticed how different the 2.0 navigation is from the 1.6 version. I doubt G1 and MyTouch will ever get 2.0 though. Maybe in some form but not the full 2.0. :/

    @adsadsadsads Maybe you’re gay….

  22. Comment by chancy319

    @PaulW21781 I have unlimited so I have nothing to worry about when I use it.

  23. Comment by chancy319

    @fupasack2 It doesn’t use internet for GPS, dumbass! The phone already has a GPS unit inside that communicates with GPS satellites. However, it uses internet to download stuff like street view, traffic information, search etc. Stop being so damn ignorant…

  24. Comment by chancy319

    @fupasack2 Wow! Just when I thought I had seen the stupidest of everything stupid. You whine about Google being “big brother” and blab…blab….and blab on. Yet, you are on the INTERNET, you are using a YOUTUBE account owned by GOOGLE and 99% chance use Google Search. Man, you’re so lame…
