Any good mobile java-based GPS-enabled software that has the maps built in?

Ive found one called WeTravel, but i think its a bit basic, and only has major roads.

Are there any (preferably free, but willing to pay) with built in maps? I want one so you can just install the JAR file and use it without the need to download maps like you have to on Trekbuddy/Nav4all etc

I also want one that never has to connect to the internet

Have you looked on http://www.phoload.com Under location based category, there are lots of GPS map apps, but I’m not sure if any of them can run without internet.
